The shoemaker’s children always go barefoot…
…and an agency’s most neglected project is always its own marketing.
If your sales pipeline isn’t full of perfect clients, your Inbound Branding isn’t working. Fortunately, you can fix this problem—choose to specialize and then consistently deliver great content for your target market(s).
Inbound Branding helps drive the right clients to find you, so you don’t have to spend as much time looking for them. It’s a combination of Agency Positioning, Thought Leadership Marketing, and Speaker Coaching.
In the last several years I’ve helped clients:
- Identify a new client-vertical and develop a plan to reach highly profitable clients in that industry niche
- Grow inbound leads from single digits to 80+ per month
- Secure a paid speaking gig at their industry’s top conference
Want my help, too?
Let’s talk—I offer a free, no obligation Q&A call to see if we’re a match.
How does this work?
It starts when you fill out the contact form below. I’ll get back to you within two business days. If things sound like a match based on your email, then we’ll set up a mutually convenient time for a call and I’ll send over my pre-call intake survey. The survey is 5 questions long and takes about 15 minutes to complete.
Before the call, I’ll read through your answers, and make note of any further questions I have. During the call, I’ll ask those follow up questions and answer all of your questions on what it’s like to work together.
If we’re a fit, I’ll recommend next steps.
If it seems like we’re not a fit at any point in the process then I’ll recommend an alternative solution, and point you elsewhere.
What does it cost?
My engagements fall into one of four categories:
- $15,000-$25,000 for comprehensive projects (2-3 months)
- $5,000 for a custom agency optimization report
- $1,500 per month for “unlimited coaching” (4-12 months)
- One-time consulting call, based on my per-minute pricing through Clarity.
Payment options include: all major credit cards, PayPal, TransferWise, or check.
Will Karl come to my office?
Most work is remote. However, sometimes an on-site visit makes sense for larger projects; in these cases, Karl is available to travel to your location (projects will need to include additional budget for travel).

“Before hiring Karl Sakas, I wasted time chasing bad clients. Karl helped me redefine my agency’s positioning to specialize on a lucrative industry-vertical. Beyond strategy to reach our ideal-fit clients faster, Karl helped me create a structured sales process. I just closed my first client using Karl’s recommended sales process; it was flawless. Thanks to following Karl’s advice, I got them to increase their budget, and I’m even getting the deposit up-front before we do any work.”LAURIE HEARD
