State of Your Agency Report

Find out how you measure up and where you have the most opportunity to improve with this custom report.

The State of Your Agency Report is a combination of agency benchmarking and custom recommendations for improving your agency; it’s designed to determine exactly how you measure up to others in the industry and real steps you can take to improve.

Benchmarking includes…

N

Looking at YOU, as an agency owner

How do you compare to other agency owners with similar goals based on factors like how many hours you work, your compensation, your DiSC profile, and your goals

N

Evaluating your TEAM

How does your team size and structure compare to others in the industry? I’ll look at what roles they play, their compensation, and their reporting structure compared to industry averages.

N

Analysis of your agency’s CLIENTS and FINANCIAL HEALTH

The bulk of the report, I’ll then dive into your current clients and  your agency’s financial health. I’ll evaluate your current pipeline, the quality of your active clients, and your average client profile. And finally I’ll provide guidance on how you compare to other agencies of a similar size based on revenue, net profit margin, billable ratio, debt, and executive compensation.

Then, based on that information, I’ll determine the top 5 recommendations for your agency:

  • 2 Quick Wins – Items you can act on quickly to see immediate value.
  • 3 Strategic Goals – bigger picture items where you can get the most return on investment over the next 3-12 months.

Why 5 recommendations?

More would quickly become overwhelming, but 5 still allows you to see real value both in the immediate and long term future.

“Karl’s approach to building solid, high-growth marketing firms is unlike any I’ve ever seen. In one month, he’s set in motion more profound change and forward momentum than I was able to do on my own in over a decade. I look forward to continued work with Karl and Sakas & Company, and consider his advice and insight to be a driving force in the growth of my firm.”
