As Operations Manager at Sakas & Company, Kate ensures the seamless coordination of internal processes and client interactions. She leads client onboarding, helping new clients transition smoothly while celebrating their growth both professionally and personally.
Kate oversees the production of the company’s monthly live Q&A thought leadership series, which reaches a global audience, and manages a variety of Sakas & Company’s training programs to support agencies in achieving their goals.
With an M.B.A. from Southern New Hampshire University and a B.F.A. from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, Kate brings a unique blend of business acumen and creative perspective to her role. Before joining Sakas & Company, she served as Undergraduate Program Coordinator for the Harvard University Economics Department, where she honed her skills in management and broadened her business insight.
In her free time, Kate loves teaching ballet, baking, and playing with her two adorable cats, Mando and Boba.
