Does this apply to agencies outside of the United States?

The advice focuses on agencies in North America, but aspects of it apply to agencies anywhere.

Will we do a deep dive on every marketing tactic?

If the workshop gives you ideas that help you land a new client a month or two earlier, how much would that be worth? What if it helps you land more than one new client? As with any training, your results will depend on a mix of skill, practice, and luck; we can’t guarantee a specific outcome. 

How can this workshop help us beyond this month and this year?
Marketing is, of course, always changing. Our goal is to help agency leaders avoid complacency in their own marketing—so they’ll be ready to evolve for whatever happens this year and beyond. That includes building a diversified approach, so you’re not reliant on a single channel or approach that might stop working in the future.
Is this 1:1 coaching?

Do we need to use HubSpot or any other specific software?
The strategy does NOT require using HubSpot—or any specific software or social media platform. We recommend that agencies use some form of CRM for marketing automation—for a range of benefits—but it doesn’t have to be HubSpot specifically.
In the workshop, we’ll discuss what’s working (and what’s not working) for agencies today across a range of marketing channels. Attendees can choose the ones they want to explore, to create their own custom approach.
